Make sure gasket at bottom of clean tank is working properly & water is only coming out when valve is pushed upward. If damaged > New clean tank should be ordered > Go to Parts & Accessories. Reseat clean water tank. Clean water tank should sit all way into machine with back of tank flush with handle.Turn off and unplug machine. Remove clean water tank. A Philips head screwdriver and a thin flathead screwdriver are needed to remove the handle. Remove the screw in the back of the machine going thru the carry handle using a Phillips head screwdriver.
