2024 Yuzu totk fix

It bothered me when I played it. Using Vulkan, I keep getting these weird audio stutters where one bit of audio will hang for a second or so and it keeps happening. Also is the game stuttering every now and then normal? I thought it was supposed to build a cache so it doesn't keep happening in the same areas. 93K subscribers in the yuzu community..
