I just saw a set of these ZZ4 heads on ebay, the aluminum 1.94/1.50 58cc L98 D-port style heads for sale. I have read all over that they are good heads, and with a roller cam .474/.510 and 208/221 @ .050" they make 355 HP/410 TQ with 10:1 compression. Spec for the SBC is 65-70 ft.lbs with factory bolts.....75 ft.lbs isn't going to hurt anything....but if you want to re-torque, it is a good idea, you will find that the gasket has relaxed some under the compressive force of the head, and you will find some bolts seem looser, usually ....
