This is what I did and so far has been working since 8 AM today. Phone. 1. Cleared email cache. 2. Deleted email account on phone. 3. Uninstalled Samsung email in play store. 4. When using a cellular network connection, Comcast Email may not work properly, resulting in Comcast Email not working on iPhone. To address this issue, you can: Open the "Settings" app on your iPhone. Navigate to the "Cellular" settings. Scroll down until you locate the Mail app.Currently I have 4 Comcast email addresses, all configured as POP 3 for incoming mail. I really would like to have my emails on my own computer where I can do my own backups, I can access email even if the Comcast server is down, I can easily control what I have, I do not need to be concerned about what Comcast plans for email storage.I get the password request dialog box popping up repeatedly. I've removed my comcast email account and now cannot add it back. I've checked my settings in Comcast email (to allow 3rd party IMAP access) and checking all the server settings. I updated my Comcast account password (two days ago, so it's propagated to email)..
