The officer was quite reserved and seemed a bit unfriendly/stern.The oath itself is pretty short, well under 30 minutes. The wait time for it to actually start is unpredictable though. Note that the oath isn't 1:1, it is done in large groups, scheduled through the day. You should expect about 2 hours from arriving to the time you leave.
