Been playing Metroid Prime 1 from the Trilogy through the PrimeHack Dolphin branch and I've got pretty much everything figured out controls-wise but i can't scan things. I can switch to my visor but the problem is the A binding (in this case left mouse) is shoot so i go to hold left ...Holding down the - and + buttons bring up the visor and beam selections, respectively.
