Tester will light on back of fuse when fuse is open (ignition on). Meter should either show "0VDC", or "battery voltage" when checking both fuse tabs on the back side of the fuse to ground. Once you pop off the interior panel on the inside of the hatch to access the bolts, you will see a standard 2-pin disconnect plug near the driver's side mounting holes.
