Its ...Kai'sa has kind of a worse early game than Lucian because of the fact that while he's dealing his damage via autos and abilities, which deal a fairly good amount of damage early on, Kai'sa takes a lot of time to proc her passive, and if the enemy has some sort of healing, the passive won't do too much either since it scales with %missing hp.Definitely Nami with electrocute. When she uses e and w, Lucian can go in and do e auto q auto and you hard win the trade because Lucian can proc Nami's electrocute. Otherwise, any hard cc engage support works well as Lucian has Amazing followup. One support I've found that's a really hard kill lane is Zyra.
