A weak extractor spring or damaged extractor lip will allow the brass to drop out before the ejector can kick it. Your double feeds are likely a result of the brass falling off the bolt face. Bought my C308 used in New condition right after Christmas 2015. CETME foregrip, fire control group and bolt/carrier assembly. Lower grip is G3 Navy. Upper is certainly PTR manufacture as is barrel.
