I recently discussed an upgrade from 96 to 103 Cu in with two options from HD. Two kits discussed were 29893-07b which was has the 255 cams and the other is PN#27513-08b which has the 259E cams. I understand the second option includes SE Super Tuner.Zippers 575 or Crane 290-2 or S&S 570 all come to mind so does a Wood TW6. All of these are available in chain drive but if the bike will be racking up miles I would go gear drive. If gear drive is prefered the Wood TW5 could work well too, but may be noisier than the rest. Very good bolt in for a 96", little undercammed for the 103" but produces great torque in every range and a wonderful cam for touring (with a little racing fun too). Very quiet and well mannered. It uses the SE 255 cams. I also went with the SEST, D&D Boss Fatcat, Zippers filter upgrade to the SE Stage I air cleaner. The bike delivers 92 hp and 106 tq. The loft of most 7 woods fall between 21 and 23 degrees. The loft of a 7 wood is between that of a 3 iron and a 4 iron.
