Make sure you have modengine2 in the Elden Ring/game folder. Edit launchmod_eldenring.bat to read ".\modengine2_launcher.exe -c .\config_eldenring.toml". Do remove the "-t er" part (I might be misremembering the part you remove but just copy mine).
