Literally a pinch, which is understandable knowing how thin the piece of skin it goes through is. Healing for me has been easy for the most part. Day one was a little tender but day two onwards was fine as long as I didn't irritate it.Generally speaking yeah, it's usually always bad to pierce in high movement areas. But the nose is a very tough and semi hard tissue as compared to high cheek piercings or eyebrows, which all have high movement but the skin is completely different on the nose.
Have the jewelry taken out as soon as you see it happening - I highly recommend to take a picture of your navel piercing at least 1x a week. Pay attention to how much bar is showing & the skin between both end pieces.
