Also posting in a 2 month old thread, but can confirm Chase is now charging $10 for using a Credit Card (not a Debit Card) for sending money to and from Venmo, Paypal, Skrill, CashApp, online gambling, etc.. The solution is to link your bank account or use a debit card on file. Chase waived my first $10 fee after I noticed. Good luck!.
