My OEM carb, the butterfly and float opened at the same time with throttle.On the '86 Honda put hooks on the seat pan that you have to get into loops on the ATV before you lock it down, but on the TRX250 it just has the four pins that have to be lined up before the hooks on the latch will go into their holes and latch.
