But Quality as a rule only becomes better than heavy/keen at very high levels of str and dex, because it decreases weapon base damage, of which scaling is a factor.Maybe a way to cancel out of it. It's too easy to whiff with it and be completely open for way too long. What a lot of people do not know is if you're right on top of someone the after image attacks from the side or the back.
