Eventually found it at 2nd Church of Marika.The one under the cliff. Solution: I killed Yura at snow area and also did not get nagakiba. If you killed the invader that drops reduvia right outside murkwater cave in limgrave, the nagakiba will be just north up the river, where you will find jellyfish. The katana will be on your right as you move upstream.
