Mr. Trotter was born on January 30, 1942, in Bono, Arkansas, son of the late Grover Marion Trotter and Ruby Irene (Songer) Trotter. Kenneth served in the United States Army with the 150th Transportation Company in Mannheim, Germany.Family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 from 5:00 to 7:00 at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home.
