Don't forget you still NEED one of the new Spark of Dreams to craft gear and Wyrm gets you only upto ilvl 476. RWF teams will be doing split heroic runs and most likely farming M+ keys to fill in any remaining slots. If you had a spark of Shadowflame and an Enchanted Wyrm’s Shadowflame crest, then your item level would be 437 at rank 5.
