On Windows, open your browser like Google Chrome, click the three-dots menu and choose Settings.Step 2: Go to the Apps option and click Hulu from the list. Step 3: Delete the Hulu app. If you followed the steps, you would uninstall the app. Once the process is complete, restart your Smart TV and reinstall the Hulu app by the following process: Step 1: Open the Smart TV and go to the App Store. Step 2: Search for Hulu and click “Install.”Step 1: Delete all data and cache (this is very important because just deleting the app and reinstalling may not clear the old data). Step 2: Delete Hulu app. Step 3: Turn off and unplug device (TV in my case) for at least 30 seconds. Step 4: Plug back in and reinstall Hulu app.I have contacted Hulu help a few times. Supposedly, for me, it is a Google issue. ATT reset the router and states not their issue. I cleared caches, changed passwords, reset the router. All to no avail. Google does not have a help chat, of course. I would think Hulu would be proactive on getting this issue fixed as it is on more than one search ....
