As a Ruler, Martha’s mat requirements are super lenient. She’s extremely easy to ascend, and she mostly just needs gems for her skills. Not bad at all. Martha’s skillset is decent. AoE Arts SSRs with multi-hit NPs and 50% batteries are fantastic as a rule thanks to their synergy with the best support in the game. Moriarty, though, has a ton of unique drawbacks despite falling into that larger category. Jack and Shiki beat her out as offensive Assassins. Archers in general beat her out as Saber-killers.
